Together with our various partners in Nakuru County, we are mobilizing for The Day of The African Child (DAC) on the 16th of June 2026. In Njoro, we shall be planting fruit trees in primary schools, distribute sanitary wear to pupils, conduct hygiene and safeguarding talks with the pupils and crown it with play, song and dance.
Yesterday was the International Day of Play for Children, 11th June 2026. We are reinforcing the celebration and recognition of these days at local levels because they refocus community to the needs of children on growth, cognitive, social, emotional, physical and psychomotor development, safeguarding and caregiving.
10,581 children were reported missing in Kenya between January 2025 and March 2026, abducted and trafficked between January 2025 and March 2026, more have since been lost to date! At Namanga border recently, arrests were made of child traffickers with children on transit, 10 into Tanzania, possible for onward transportation abroad. Organ harvesting, child prostitution and labor have unfortunately become ‘enterprise” enriching deranged persons in the world we live in. Join our course with local groups, Bodaboda groups, Waste Handlers, market traders and local people taking action by themselves. Thank you for your support,
