Many young people complete studies in college and hope for a good job. While this is the dream of every young person; a white collar job paying regular monthly salaries, the reality is the job market has shrunk, the skills needed keep changing, and today, patronage, has entered the field and replaced merit in many cases.
This is the reason education should be a your key to open your doors and glasses to open your eyes to see clearly the opportunities, initiatives as well as partnerships you can create and build on. Startups are vibrant ideas often conceived to meet societal demands but lacking funds to execute. Everyday, there is a need for something that is in short supply, not regular, too costly, is not the best standard or quality thus requiring value addition.
